Cancellation

You may cancel your Evergreen+ subscription at any time — no questions asked.

• How to cancel: Visit myevergreen.garden/?cancel=1, enter your email, and confirm. Takes about 30 seconds.
• When it takes effect: Cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to all Evergreen+ features until then.
• No partial-month charges: You will never be charged after cancelling.
• Reactivation: You can resubscribe at any time. If your account data is lost, use the Restore Access link to recover it.

Alternatively, email support@myevergreen.garden and we'll cancel for you within one business day.

Refunds

Because Evergreen+ delivers instant digital access to AI-generated recommendations and email guides, we generally do not issue refunds for the current billing period once it has begun.

However, we handle refund requests case by case and will issue one if:

• You were charged in error (e.g., after cancellation)
• The Service experienced a significant outage during your billing period and you did not receive meaningful access
• You contact us within 7 days of a charge and haven't made substantial use of the premium features

To request a refund, email support@myevergreen.garden with your email address and the reason. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Free Tier

The free tier of Evergreen (up to 3 plant recommendations) is always free. No payment information is required and no charges will ever be made without your explicit confirmation.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes (such as EVERGREEN2026) grant free access to Evergreen+ features and are non-transferable. They do not convert to a paid subscription automatically.
