Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions

Evergreen+ is billed monthly through Stripe. If you are charged for the first time and decide Evergreen isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of that charge at support@myevergreen.garden and we will issue a full refund.

After the first billing cycle

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods after your first charge. You are welcome to cancel at any time to stop future billing — see our Cancellation Policy.

Free plan

The free plan requires no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@myevergreen.garden with the email address on your account. We respond within 1–2 business days.
